Cellframe FlashLaunch: March 12th

CellFrame, a quantum-resistant layer-1 network focused on facilitating secure and scalable cross-chain transfers, has announced today that they will collaborate with TrustSwap on a FlashLaunch for their token offering on March 12th 2021, at 9:00 AM PST.

FlashLaunch is a new type of token offering from TrustSwap designed for projects raising less than $750,000. Read more about FlashLaunches here.

How It Works

The CellFrame team has been building the CellFrame Network since 2017. This solution allows node operators on the CellFrame Network to power cross-chain swaps and bridges between layer-1 chains allowing assets to flow freely while earning fees in $CELL tokens for facilitating this process.

The CellFrame Network is comprised of four main components:

1. Multi-Party Computation (MPC) Protocol allowing cross-chain bridges
2. Post-quantum layer-1 blockchain allowing highly-secure settlements on-chain for large monetary value
3. Sub-chains with variable consensus types in each cell (shard) ensuring that the ecosystem is highly scalable.
4. Layer-1 governance module allowing stakeholders to vote for economic incentives and parameter changes across the ecosystem

What sets CellFrame apart from other MPC blockchain solutions is their focus on scalability and consensus-based security.

It is extremely difficult for CellFrame node operators to collude and steal funds from users. When a $CELL node wallet is created, the private key is broken up and distributed across all nodes. A supra-majority of nodes is require to re-compile this private key and make transfers from these wallets.

This alone guarantees a high level of safety. But the longer the network is live and the more these nodes learn about each other, the higher the likelihood of potential collusion becomes. That’s why nodes are periodically “churned” in the network and replaced with a new set based on performance and reputation scoring.

CellFrame ($CELL) FlashLaunch Details

The $CELL token offering will be executed by leveraging the TrustSwap Launchpad. Upon the successful conclusion of the offering, a Uniswap pool will be created within 5 days and trading can commence for use of $CELL in the CellFrame Ecosystem.

Tokenomics

Participation and Allocation

This is the first official FlashLaunch on the TrustSwap Launchpad and is different from standard Launchpads (you can read more about FlashLaunches here).

• Each FlashLaunch will have a set individual allocation of exactly $500 per person. Since the raise is $106,500, that means there are a total of 213 allocations available.
• Applicants to a FlashLaunch can apply on launch day between 9AM and 9PM PST at https://dashboard.trustswap.org/app/launchpads.
• Once all applications are registered a number of tickets will be assigned to each participant based on their SwapScore (see table below).
• There will be a random drawing for the $500 allocations. The more tickets you have, the higher your chance of being selected.
• Each person can only win once per project.

Golden Tickets

• 10 “Golden Ticket” NFTs will be minted by TrustSwap which will each unlock access to a guaranteed $500 allocation for that specific launch (pending KYC verification).

• These NFT’s will be initially sold at auction by TrustSwap via the official TrustSwap store on Rarible.com. The auction will run until March 11th at 9AM PST (24 hours prior to the FlashLaunch). The top 10 highest bids will win the NFT’s. There is no minimum bid. To visit the auction click here
• 10% of the proceeds from Golden Ticket sales will go to the Eden Reforestation Project, a non-profit focused on planting trees and saving lives.
• The Golden Ticket NFT’s can be traded and resold on any NFT marketplace for that 24-hour window.
• Whoever holds the NFT at the “snapshot” time will be whitelisted for an allocation.
• Only one Golden Ticket can be used per FlashLaunch but participants who win the drawing can also use a Golden Ticket to receive an additional $500 allocation for a maximum total of $1000 per person.
• These Golden Ticket NFTs will have additional utilities and benefits to holders, that will be announced in the coming weeks

Secure Launch Process

To ensure a smooth launch, the CellFrame team has agreed to:

1. Have their domain fully SSL certified one week prior to token sale date.
2. Have their domain protected by Cloudflare and share proof with TrustSwap one week prior to the token sale date.
3. Disclose the vesting schedule of all tokens, including team, strategic investors, private presale, influencers, etc.
4. Add no less than $200,000 of ETH liquidity on Uniswap immediately upon listing on March 17th.
5. Distribute tokens to launchpad participants within one hour of Uniswap listing using multisend.io.
6. Lock liquidity within 3 hours of listing for no less than 60 days at http://team.finance/.
7. Provide the timeline for token distributions and distribute tokens within a one-hour window of the agreed-upon time.
8. Lock 75% or more of team & dev fund tokens for a minimum of thirty days on http://team.finance/ within 6 hours of funding liquidity on Uniswap.
9. Have at least one community moderator on each social platform (Discord, Telegram, etc.) actively available 24 hours a day for the first 7 days following the launch on Uniswap.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. At any time on March 12th from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST, go to https://dashboard.trustswap.org/app/launchpads and click the button to apply and fill out the form.
2. Applicants will be given a number of tickets into a random drawing relative to their SwapScore (see above chart for details).
3. Winners of the draw will be contacted via Email within 36 hrs to provide their KYC documents. Monitor your E-mail closely (including any “Spam” or “Promotions” folders). Once the email arrives, you will have 24 hours to provide your KYC details.
4. Approved participants will be contacted again via email with payment instructions.
5. 10 allocations will be reserved for Golden Ticket Holders
6. The last 10 people selected in the drawing will be on ‘stand-by’ and will have the first option to participate if there are any unsold tokens after the initial rounds are complete including any unused Golden Tickets.

Who Can Participate?

Anyone not domiciled in the USA or UN sanctioned countries can participate in the CellFrame token sale. *The eligible countries list is selected by CellFrame. If your country is not listed, this does not mean you are ineligible for future TrustSwap Launchpad projects.
